At OrthoMark, a brand of RolleSolutions Inc, we are committed to providing the highest quality orthopedic calibration equipment. Because we prioritize the integrity and sterility standards of our products, we do not resell items once they have been opened.
Standard Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original, factory-sealed packaging, provided the return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: To cover the costs of processing and the permanent removal of opened units from our resale inventory, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Process: Please contact our team to initiate a return. Products must be received in resalable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible upon arrival.
- Replacement: Should your product arrive damaged or defective, please promptly notify us . We will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Authorization All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Please have your original purchase order or credit card transaction ID ready when contacting our team.
