Standard Returns
Eligibility: Returns must be initialted within 30 days of delivery and be unopened.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover the costs of processing and the permanent removal of opened units.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible upon arrival.
Replacement: Should your product arrive damaged or defective, please promptly notify us and we will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Please have your original purchase order, our invoice number, or your credit card transaction ID ready when contacting our team.
