Don’t let non-ferrous surfaces limit your workflow. The OM-SD “Sticky Disc” is a 60 mm black steel plate designed to give your magnetic OrthoMark mounts a home anywhere in your facility. You can mount it on the ceiling if you like (not a recommendation).

- Mounting: Industrial-strength adhesive backing
- Compatibility: Designed for use with OM-1002, OM-1006, and OM-1009
- Installation: Requires 48-hour cure time for maximum bond strength
Installation Instructions
- Clean: Thoroughly clean and dry the target surface.
- Peel: Remove the adhesive backing.
- Mount: Press firmly onto the surface.
- Cure: Ideally, wait 48 hours before attaching your magnetic marker to ensure a permanent bond. That being said, in all our testing, once it’s applied with just a little finger pressure…it’s stuck.
Caution: The adhesive tape is exceptionally strong and semi-permanent. Position it thoughtfully — it is difficult to remove once cured.
